We’re looking for individuals who hold a Bachelors degree in Psychology and are interested in part-time work as an Accreditation Specialist to review APA co-sponsorship applications on behalf of The CE Company.

Customer Success Specialist

Part-time (Remote)

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist that can ensure 100% client satisfaction. The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for taking incoming client calls for applications, billing and software support. In addition, this position is required to make outbound calls to customers with applications up for renewal to ensure that we keep their business.

Software Engineer

Part-time (Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced full stack developer to help us improve our accreditation platform for mental health professionals to offer continuing education (approved by APA). The project stack is on Ruby on Rails, Bootstrap 4 & PostgreSQL.

Sales Associate

Part-time (Remote)

We’re looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and motivated sales professionals to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be working with various individuals and organizations within the mental health. You will build relationships, set appointments take meetings and help get client applications approved. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys talking to people, can work independently, is performance oriented, tech savvy, and strives for excellence.
