Requirements By
Profession

Our goal is to provide qualified educators and program providers with the ability to award continuing education credit for meeting the professional standards of Psychologists, Social Workers, Nurses, Professional Counselors, and Marriage & Family Therapists.

 
 

Marriage & Family THerapists*

Licensed marriage and family therapists in all states except New York and Ohio are eligible to receive American Psychological Association (APA) continuing education credits through The CE Company.


mental Health Counselors

Licensed mental health counselors in all states except New York are eligible to receive American Psychological Association (APA) continuing education credits through The CE Company.


Nurses

Licensed nurses in all states except New York who have master’s level psychiatric training and are licensed to deliver mental health care are eligible to receive American Psychological Association (APA) continuing education credits through The CE Company.


Social Workers

Licensed clinical social workers are trained to evaluate a person’s mental health and use therapeutic techniques based on specific training programs. They are also trained in case management and advocacy services. Clinical social workers in all states except New York are eligible to receive American Psychological Association (APA) continuing education credits through The CE Company.


Psychologists*

Licensed Master’s and Ph.D. psychologists in all states except New York are eligible to receive American Psychological Association (APA) continuing education credits through The CE Company.


Professional Counselors

Licensed professional counselors in all states except New York who are providing mental health or substance abuse services are eligible to receive American Psychological Association (APA) continuing education credits through The CE Company.
